Simulogic has the expertise and experience to develop custom electrophysiological models for CESE platform. Custom models can be developed, based upon your specification, or extend an existing Simucore stock model. Models can combine Hodgkin-Huxley (HH) and Markovian ionic current formulations. Our scientists can also convert models from proprietary formats to the Java/CESE-compatible source code. Please contact us for details or to request a quote.

CellML repository contains over 50 electrophysiological models in a language-neutral XML-based format. CESE is one of the very few simulation systems that supports the conversion of CellML models into the executable code. Additional manual steps and testing are required to bring automatically converted code to the quality level of a stock Simucore model. Simulogic has the capability to reliably generate a CESE-compatible model based on the CellML source code. Please contact us for more information.
